When Sarah from Hither & Thither asked if I would like to contribute a recipe for their In Season series I was beyond excited! I knew immediately that I wanted to highlight plums as my late summer produce pick. I mean, just look at these black beauties, begging to be eaten. They’re one of my favorite fruits for sure.
